Terms of Use

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the Gekifight site. By creating an account or using the site, you accept these terms in full.

2. An unofficial fan site

Gekifight is a community project created by fans. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or sponsored by Bandai Namco Entertainment or the rights holders of Dragon Ball and Gekishin Squadra.

The names, trademarks, characters, artwork and other game elements belong to their respective owners and are used in a community and informational context.

3. Your account

One account per person. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

4. User-generated content

You remain the owner of the content you publish (guides, replays, tier lists, team comps, team names, profile texts, etc.).

By publishing content, you grant Gekifight a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content on the site, solely for the purpose of running the service.

Gekifight may moderate, edit or remove any content at its discretion, in particular if it breaches these terms.

Illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, misleading or spam content is prohibited, as is any content that infringes the rights of third parties.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to what you publish, including links to video replays and the artwork you upload.

5. Moderation and penalties

In the event of a breach, we may take graduated measures: a warning, removal of the relevant content, suspension and then permanent banning of the account, depending on severity.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. This is a volunteer community project: we do not guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy of the data, and we disclaim all liability to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts, subject to the applicable consumer-protection provisions.
